Leading The Team
Vivianne leads the global real estate investment team, VS Miami Properties Group, at Charter Realty Partners, the in-house brokerage team at MEC Development Associates. She specializes in luxury residential and commercial properties in Florida and has developed a robust international property portfolio by partnering with real estate professionals around the world.
A Global Network
Vivianne is an active member of FIABCI - The International Real Estate Federation, the oldest and most prestigious real estate organization in the world. She served two terms as an elected director on the FIABCI-USA Board of Directors, was the president of the global FIABCI Marketing Committee, and is the three-time past president of the Greater Miami Council.
Under her leadership, she launched and grew the Miami council rapidly, becoming the leading FIABCI recruiter worldwide. She is credited with implementing innovative events and programming, such as the FIABCI Miami Gateway Speaker Series and her weekly program, FIABCI FRIDAYS, the global real estate show featuring industry news, listings, and investment opportunities that she created and hosts since 2020. Now entering its third season, the show is broadcast on the first Friday of every month and has been rebranded to the FIABCI FIRST FRIDAYS show. Vivianne has welcomed over 200 guests on the show from more than 35 countries, connecting buyers, sellers, and investors who tune in regularly to keep up to date and conduct business.
“Having a sophisticated global network is more important than ever, since so many of the South Florida homes that I sell are to international buyers,” she says. “At the same time, many of my U.S. clients are now interested in living overseas, given that they can work virtually from anywhere they desire. My global network is unmatched in South Florida and is a distinct advantage to my clients.”
Vivianne has received numerous awards for her efforts on behalf of the real estate industry, including the highest award granted by FIABCI, the World President FIABCI Medal of Honor, the FIABCI USA medal of honor, and the 2022 FIABCI-USA 1st Prize for Programming. She was also featured on the March 2022 cover and a full-length article of Florida Realtors Magazine for her FIABCI FRIDAYS global real estate show.
Prestigious Real Estate Designations
Vivianne is a designated Miami Real Estate Technology Expert (MRETE) and is a candidate for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of Realtors®. She is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute.
A Luxury Specialist
Before launching VS Miami Properties Group, Vivianne was a global luxury residential specialist with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in Miami. She has lived in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Mexico, and owned companies that conducted business with several countries in Asia. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, German, and French, and is learning Portuguese.
Promoting Arts And Culture
Vivianne has lived in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood for more than 25 years and has been actively involved in arts and cultural organizations. She is a board member of the Chopin Foundation of the United States, which assists talented young pianists in their careers and supports annual scholarships and competitions as well as the prestigious National Chopin Piano Competition held every 5 years.
She is also a member of Young Patronesses of the Opera (YPO), a non-profit that cultivates love of opera in South Florida, and was a founding board member of Arsht Families, which supports the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Vivianne is the director of Rising Stars Miami, a non-profit community outreach organization for the performing arts that her two teenage children founded in 2018.

Vivianne has always been a good “connector” – the person people reach out to for tips, advice, and introductions - and enjoys bringing family, friends, and clients together with others who share the same interests and experiences.
A natural entrepreneur with a strong sense of design, she developed and imported product lines under her own label for the home and garden sector (ceramic, glass, metal, wicker, and rattan) as well as the fashion accessory industry (Pashmina shawls, furs, handbags).

Vivianne is a chef, and owned her own catering business, Truffles Catering. She still loves to cook and entertain. Once a chef, always a chef!
Promoting classical music to children and young adults is one of her passions in life.
Vivianne loves traveling and sailing and spends as much time as she can on SERENA, her 62’ Beneteau Oceanis Yacht sailboat.
